Our primary focus are managed services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures.

The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.  

Role Overview

You will own our full Go-To-Market (GTM) process - from building lead lists to booking meetings. We don't believe in micromanagement; you are someone who doesn't wait for direction, spots what’s broken, and fixes it. Building a world-class GTM competitive advantage is core to our strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lead lists aligned to defined ICP segments
  • Run and optimize LinkedIn outreach and cold email sequences - we already have both channels set up, you take them further
  • Launch at least one new outreach action daily - this role is high-cadence by design
  • Monitor campaign performance daily: queues, reply rates
  • Qualify interested leads and move them through the funnel to booked meetings
  • Keep automations and data flows running smoothly between tools
  • Track pipeline activity in CRM, flag blockers early
  • Own weekly reporting: what worked, what didn't, what's next

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a digital marketing and content strategy role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Waalaxy Team, NocoDB, n8n, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Hubspot or similar tools
  • Curious about new GTM tools
  • Excited to experiment with AI-driven agents & workflows
  • Experience designing workflows and automation that improve sales productivity
  • Comfortable translating operational needs into system improvements
  • Strong systems mindset - understanding how data, integrations, and workflows connect
  • Understanding IT Services and IT Consulting market is important addon
